This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Oragadam Rooms (hereinafter referred to as “Oragadam Rooms”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is engaged in the business of providing short-term and long-term accommodation including rooms, service apartments, lodges, guest houses and allied hospitality services, primarily catering to business travelers, professionals, families and tourists near Oragadam and surrounding industrial corridors (“Services”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made through our website, mobile platforms, call/WhatsApp bookings, third‑party travel portals, agents, referrals or advertisements (collectively, the “Booking Channels”). By accessing or using our Booking Channels and/or availing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Booking Channels or Services.
DEFINITIONS (a) “Property” means rooms, service apartments, guest houses or accommodation units operated or managed by Oragadam Rooms. (b) “Guest” means any individual or entity making a booking or staying at the Property. (c) “Booking” means a confirmed or provisional reservation for stay. (d) “Booking Amount” means the total amount payable for confirmation of the booking, excluding refundable security deposit and applicable taxes unless specified. (e) “Booking Confirmation” means the confirmation issued by Oragadam Rooms upon receipt of the Booking Amount. (f) “Security Deposit” means a refundable amount collected to cover damages or unpaid dues, if applicable. (g) “Content” means all text, images, videos, logos, designs and information displayed on Booking Channels.
ELIGIBILITY You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the full Booking Amount. • Oragadam Rooms reserves the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid bookings. • Guests must produce valid government‑issued photo ID at check‑in.
CHECK‑IN & CHECK‑OUT • Check‑in and check‑out times will be communicated at the time of booking. • Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and additional charges. • Failure to vacate on time may result in extra charges.
OCCUPANCY & VISITORS • Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay. • Visitors are not permitted beyond designated hours without prior approval. • Oragadam Rooms reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized persons.
USE OF PROPERTY • Properties are strictly for residential accommodation purposes. • Commercial activities, events, parties, photoshoots or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. • Illegal, immoral or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
HOUSE RULES • Guests must follow all House Rules displayed at the Property or shared during booking. • Smoking, alcohol misuse, loud music, disturbance to neighbors and property damage are prohibited. • Non‑compliance may result in immediate eviction without refund. AMENITIES & SERVICES • Only amenities mentioned at the time of booking are included. • Oragadam Rooms is not liable for temporary non‑availability of amenities due to maintenance, power cuts or factors beyond control. • No refunds shall be provided for such interruptions.
PRICING & TAXES • Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. • Applicable GST or local taxes shall be charged as per government regulations. • Errors in pricing due to technical issues shall not be binding.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy communicated at the time of booking. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay. • Damage costs may be adjusted against the Security Deposit. • Refund of Security Deposit, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time after inspection.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Oragadam Rooms shall not be liable for: • Loss of personal belongings • Accidents, injuries or death during the stay • Acts of other guests or third parties • Force majeure events Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking. FORCE MAJEURE Oragadam Rooms shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, epidemics or pandemics.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, branding and materials are the exclusive property of Oragadam Rooms and may not be copied or used without written permission.
TERMINATION Oragadam Rooms reserves the right to terminate any booking or stay for breach of these Terms without refund.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
